Pero, ¿cuál es el rol y posición de las fuentesdel derecho en un Estado Constitucional de Derecho, en la medida que la Constitución tiene, parael autor, origen en el sistema jurídico anglosajón?¿Acaso las fuentes de Derecho pierden utilidad otienen que ser repensadas?En el presente artículo, el autor presenta una su- cesión de fuentes que se desprende desde la Constitución, con la ayuda de la jurisprudencia, como una especie de efecto ondulatorio que irradia atodo el ordenamiento jurídico constitucional.es-ES
