dc.descriptionThis paper addresses the changes in property rights over real estate associated with the agrarian reform. The author analyzes the mechanisms of acquisition, conservation and loss of property: direct conveyance, acquisitive prescription, abandonment and antisocial use. It also analyzes the measures contemplated in the legislation to avoid property fraud, as well as the interpretation of the right to possession, use, enjoyment, claim and disposition in accordance with the agrarian reform regulations, which differentiates it from the classic regulation of the Civil Code. In this way, the author emphasizes that the agrarian reform legislation privileges the social interest over the individual interest and links the right to property to the direct work of the land.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo aborda las modificaciones en materia de derecho de propiedad sobre bienes inmuebles asociados a la reforma agraria. El autor analiza los mecanismos de adquisición, conservación y pérdida de la propiedad: conducción directa, prescripción adquisitiva, abandono y el uso antisocial. Asimismo, se analiza las medidas contempladas en la legislación para evitar fraudes en la propiedad; así como, la interpretación del derecho a la posesión, uso, disfrute, reivindicación y disposición acorde a la normativa sobre la reforma agraria que lo diferencia de la regulación clásica del Código Civil. De esta manera, el autor destaca que la legislación de la reforma agraria privilegia el interés social al interés individual y vincula el derecho a la propiedad al trabajo directo de la tierra.es-ES
