dc.descriptionIn this essay, the author reflects on the "new world order", referring to the impact of the events of September 11, 2001. The author argues that the new political and legal order must guarantee human dignity and distance itself from religious conceptions that seek to incorporate personal positions on power, principles or rights and its influence democratic institutions. The author also reflects on secularization and the importance of differentiating public ethics from private ethics. Finally, the author reflects on the values that should be considered, in his opinion, in the composition of the future political and legal order: equality, solidarity and freedom.en-US
dc.descriptionEn el presente ensayo, el autor reflexiona sobre el denominado “nuevo orden mundial” haciendo referencias al impacto que tuvo lo ocurrido el 11 de septiembre de 2001. El autor plantea que el nuevo orden político y jurídico debe garantizar la dignidad humana y distanciarse de concepciones religiosas que pretendan incorporar posiciones personales sobre el poder, principios o derechos e incidan en las instituciones democráticas. Asimismo, el autor reflexiona sobre la secularización y la importancia de diferenciar la ética pública de la ética privada. Finalmente, el autor reflexiona sobre los valores que deben considerarse, a su criterio, en la composición del orden político y jurídico futuro: igualdad, solidaridad y libertad.es-ES
