Evaluación del riesgo biológico en los trabajadores del área operativa en la empresa Asypro Ltda. en el municipio de Tocaima – Cundinamarca.

Abstract

La exposición al riesgo biológico se encuentra presente en entornos laborales comúnmente, generando afectaciones a los trabajadores durante su tiempo de exposición, esto se origina en el territorio nacional debido a las condiciones ambientales las cuales ayudan a que el riesgo tenga mayor con afectación directa a la salud y la seguridad de sus trabajadores. Por consiguiente, se requiere una valoración y planes de acción en el sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SST) para la mitigación de posibles incidentes o accidentes de trabajo dentro de las organizaciones, y, sobre todo, evitando complicaciones futuras. El área de seguridad y salud en el trabajo está consciente sobre el riesgo biológico que se genera en el entorno laboral de los trabajadores de la organización, pero las medidas de acción son muy pocas, ya que solo se dan a conocer las características físicas y biológicas mas no como reaccionar y actuar en caso de un accidente de trabajo. La principal característica de este proyecto de investigación es la evaluación del riesgo biológico que se presentan los colaboradores de la organización Asypro Ltda. Esto es ocasionado por su actividad económica que presta servicios en un puesto de trabajo ubicado en el municipio de Tocaima en el condominio hacienda el paso, el cual por su ubicación tiene abundante flora y fauna en la mayoría del sector, causando que los colaboradores tengan contacto directo con animales de diferentes especies, sobre todo, con los ofidios. Mediante esta problemática se crearán medidas preventivas y correctivas con la necesidad de poder actuar y saber qué hacer ante un accidente de trabajo por mordedura de ofidio, generando una incentivación y experiencia para que los trabajadores sepan la forma corecta de responder ante esta situación. A nivel general los ofidios presentan varios tipos de especies en el mundo, algunas poseen agentes tóxicos según la especie, estas son altamente nocivos para las personas y específicamente para los trabajadores en diferentes organizaciones, generando molestias temporales y afectando el estado físico, y en efecto, hasta la posible muerte del afectado si no se interviene al instante. La mayoría de las complicaciones se genera por falta de capacitación y entrenamiento por parte de la organización Asypro Ltda. a sus trabajadores, por ende, este proyecto busca implementar medidas en las cuales ayude a mitigar y evitar contratiempos protegiendo la integridad y la salud de los colaboradores. En conclusión, mediante este proyecto de investigación se requiere implementar la prevención al riesgo biológico generado por mordeduras de ofidios, bajo los parámetros del área de trabajo. Por consiguiente, se busca generar la forma más eficaz de cómo se debe de actuar ante una situación que afecte a un trabajador y se le pueda salvar la integridad y la vida en el puesto de trabajo el condominio hacienda el paso.

Through this problem, preventive and corrective measures will be created with the need to be able to act and know what to do in the event of an accident at work due to a snake bite, generating an incentive and experience so that workers know how to respond to this situation. At a general level, snakes present several types of species in the world, some have toxic agents depending on the species, they are highly harmful to people and specifically to workers in different organizations, causing temporary discomfort and affecting physical condition, and in effect, up to the possible death of the person affected if immediate intervention is not taken. Most of the complications are generated by the lack of qualification and training by the Asypro Ltda. organization to its workers, therefore, this project seeks to implement measures in which it helps to mitigate and avoid setbacks, protecting the integrity and health of workers. collaborators. In conclusion, through this research project we opted for the prevention of biological risk generated by bites of snakes, under the parameters of the work area. Therefore, it seeks to generate the most effective way of how to act in a situation that affects a worker and the integrity and life of the condominium making the step can be saved in the workplace.
