| dc.description | The following article inquires on the production of subjects of rural development from the analysis of the Agricultural Social Program (PSA), a state policy that was developed in Argentina between 1993 and 2013. Its goal is to grasp, through a selection of official documents produced by PSA, how the beneficiaries of this particular government policy are constituted by means of what conceptual dimensions; changes experienced by them during the twenty-years long implementation of PSA. Our purpose is to account for the mechanisms through which state policies have the function of assigning identities to categories of people, creating and re-creating them through the production of specific devices. | en-US |
| dc.description | El siguiente artículo indaga acerca de la producción de sujetos de desarrollo rural a partir del análisis del Programa Social Agropecuario (PSA), política estatal que se desarrolló en Argentina entre el 1993 y el 2013. El objetivo del presente texto es analizar, a través de una selección de documentos oficiales redactados desde el Programa, cómo se constituyen y a través de qué dimensiones se establecen los “beneficiarios” de la política estatal. Cómo estos tipos particulares de sujetos de gobierno fueron transformándose a lo largo de los veinte años que duró el programa. La finalidad es dar cuenta de los mecanismos mediante los cuales las políticas estatales tienen la función de asignar identidad, crearlas y re crearlas a partir de la producción de determinados dispositivos. | es-ES |
