dc.description.abstractIn this work it is analyzed from a point of view of judicial doctrine, both national and European, as well as the constitutional doctrine, the content and the limits of the right to freedom of expression of legal representatives of workers, as one of the prerogatives they have is a broader margin of this right of freedom of expression in the field of employment relationship. However, it is not easy to define the boundaries between this right and the right to honor and own image of the employer. Hence, the importance of judicial construction in this regard.
