dc.description.abstractThe aim of this article is, initially, describe how is organized and how to structure the Spanish system for basic education, to follow, making comparisons that show us the similarities and differences with the organization and the structure of the Brazilian system basic education. In the end, based on our description, we do some notes that might help us understand the main Brazilian educational problems, as well as collaborate for the preparation of proposals aimed at resolving (or minimize) these problems.
