dc.description.abstractIn this article, is presented a report of experience of education non-teaching school staff members in school psychology internship. The work with non-teaching staff is understood as a central educational dimension in the construction of democratic school management. Monthly education meetings are held with employees of the schools, coordinated by school psychology trainees. The topics studied in this meeting are: the educational role of school employees; human development; devaluation of manual worker; union organization and workers struggle. As results, we have the constitution of the group process and a new configuration of the professional identity, articulated to the understanding of the educational specificity of this worker.
