dc.descriptionThis study is the 5th. wave of the Brazilian Electoral Study collection (Estudo Elleitoral Brasileiro), associated with the Comparative Study of Electoral System Project (CSES) coordinated by the University of Michigan. The study produced a national survey with a sample of 2,500 respondents conducted in the 2018 post-election period. The questionnaire consists of comparative international core questions devoted to research on populist values and attitudes, as well as questions about the functioning of the representative system. Specifically Brazilian issues are devoted to the study of democratic functioning, participation, and corruption. The research fits within the definitions of Resolution 510/2016 (on research ethics in the humanities and social sciences), art. 1, sole paragraph, item I
