dc.description | This paper is a review of literature about the applicability of learning based in problems (LBP) in business administration teaching. The LBP method is supported on constructivism and theories derived from constructivism, such as meaning learning, social – cultural theories, dynamic and cognitive of learning. Researchers, who study its application on business administration learning, agree that LBP contributes to improve reading comprehension; deliberative attitude, students refl exive and critic; generates leadership skills, teamwork, entrepreneurship and autonomous learning, and contributes to student motivation for business administration studies. Additionally, some obstacles for LPB: the nature of administrative knowledge that supports on experience and intuition, the modest place that problem solution stands in newly business administration graduates, the absence of proper didactic material. In conclusion, the paper outlines the advantages of LPB for its further research | en-US |
| pt-BR |
