dc.descriptionThe research work proposes a model about talents´ stimulation in the formation of the physical culture professional. Over the theoretical and research antecedents that act as a referential frame of this study, talents and stimulation are analyzed both in the international field and in Cuba, as well as its materialization in the formation of the physical culture professional and a first approach to the dimensions and indicators of talents in this field is stated. With a qualitative approach, its four working phases were developed in a period between January 2008 and December 2012. In the first phase, a needs diagnosis related with talents´ stimulation in the Physical Culture context is stated . The second phase reflects the determination of the dimensions and indicators of talents from experts´ criteria. In the third phase, a stimulation experience that emerges from regularities to make a design of the theoretical-methodological model for stimulation of talents in this field is built, which is subject to the experts ‘criterion in the fourth phase in order to determine the relationship between the representation of reality and the veracity in the interpretation of the results obtained through the experience.en-US
dc.descriptionLa investigación propone un modelo de estimulación del talento en la formación del profesional de la Cultura Física. En los antecedentes teóricos e investigativos que actúan como marco referencial de este estudio, son analizados el talento y su estimulación en el plano internacional y en Cuba, así como su materialización en la formación del profesional de la Cultura Física y se plantea una primera aproximación a las dimensiones y los indicadores del talento en esta esfera. Con un enfoque esencialmente cualitativo, sus cuatro fases de trabajo se desarrollan en el período comprendido entre enero del 2008 a diciembre del 2012. En la primera fase se desarrolla el diagnóstico de necesidades relacionado con la estimulación del talento en el contexto de la Cultura Física. La segunda fase refleja la determinación de las dimensiones y los indicadores del talento a partir de los resultados de la consulta a expertos. En la tercera fase se construye una experiencia de estimulación de la que emanan regularidades para el diseño del modelo teórico-metodológico para la estimulación del talento en esta esfera, el cual es sometido en la cuarta fase a criterio de expertos, a fin de determinar la correspondencia entre la representación de la realidad y la veracidad en la interpretación de los resultados obtenidos en la experiencia.es-ES
