dc.descriptionThe present work has as general objective to elaborate a proposal of actions to improve the direction of equipment of the infantile baseball in the province of Villa Clara. The needs regarding the management process of the Baseball coaches of the children's categories in the province are confirmed. During the investigation, methods were used at the theoretical level such as analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive; from the empirical level the survey, the interview, the observation and the analysis of documents. Actions are proposed based on the results. It is concluded that teachers do not have the necessary knowledge regarding the methods of management of baseball teams in the children's categories; the curricula of the specialty treat the subject in a simple way with respect to the infantile categories; the results of the observation do not correspond to what was raised in the survey by the teachers, issues that cause the sports results are not consistent with the quality of the athletes.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo tiene como objetivo general elaborar una propuesta de acciones para perfeccionar la dirección de equipos del beisbol infantil en la provincia de Villa Clara. Se constatan las necesidades acerca del proceso de dirección que poseen los entrenadores de Béisbol de las categorías infantiles en la provincia. Durante la investigación se utilizaron métodos del nivel teórico como analítico-sintético, inductivo –deductivo; del nivel empírico la encuesta, la entrevista, la observación y el análisis de documentos. A partir de los resultados se proponen acciones. Se arriba a conclusiones de que los profesores no poseen los conocimientos necesarios con respecto a los métodos de dirección de equipos de Béisbol en las categorías infantiles; los planes de estudios de la especialidad tratan el tema de forma escueta con respecto a las categorías infantiles; los resultados de la observación no se corresponden con lo planteado en la encuesta por parte de los profesores, cuestiones estas que provocan que los resultados deportivos no estén acorde con la calidad de los atletas.es-ES
