dc.descriptionThe application of computer and communications technologies to the teaching-learning process in higher education contributes to promoting quality professional training, betting on the modernization and integration of technologies both in classrooms and in virtual environments. Regarding the Law degree, there is still a lot of work to be done to achieve an adequate education-technology symbiosis and refocus the teaching-learning method towards legal constructivism, promoting self-learning, critical and reflective thinking, linking theory and practice. The impact of Covid-19 has also been felt in this area, which is why alternatives have been implemented for the continuity of teaching, adapting the educational process to semi-attendance and the exploitation of virtual environments. The Faculty of Law of the University of Havana has faced this challenge, through the exploitation of the EVEA platform -Virtual Teaching-Learning Environment-, based on the dynamic and interactive resources that it offers for the joint construction of knowledge and the formation of future jurists.en-US
dc.descriptionLa aplicación de las tecnologías de la informática y las comunicaciones al proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje en la educación superior contribuye a fomentar una formación profesional de calidad, apostando por la modernización e integración de las tecnologías tanto en las aulas como en los ambientes virtuales. Referente a la carrera de Derecho, aún queda mucho trabajo por realizar para lograr una adecuada simbiosis educación-tecnología y reenfocar el método de enseñanza-aprendizaje hacia el constructivismo jurídico, fomentando el autoaprendizaje, pensamiento crítico y reflexivo, vinculando teoría y práctica. El impacto del Covid19 también se ha hecho sentir en este ámbito, por lo que se han implementado alternativas para la continuidad de la docencia adaptando el proceso educativo a la semi-presencialidad y la explotación de entornos virtuales. La Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de la Habana ha enfrentado este reto, mediante la explotación de la plataforma EVEA –Entorno Virtual Enseñanza-Aprendizaje-, a partir de los recursos dinámicos e interactivos que ofrece para la construcción conjunta del conocimiento y la formación de los futuros juristas.es-ES
