dc.descriptionThe COVID pandemic has affected all educational levels and therefore the components of the teaching-learning process. One of the categories of this process, evaluation, has been adjusted to online contexts that, although they have offered resistance by teachers and students to change, has been limited by connectivity factors, lack of knowledge of tools and resources available to carry out evaluations of various kinds. This research will describe the opinions of the students of the first and second level of the UNIANDES University in Ecuador, of the Law Degree in relation to the evaluation carried out in the subjects of the Research Block. A qualitative approach and the survey technique based on the Likert scale were used to find out criteria about the most outstanding aspects of the evaluation. The results obtained show that the evaluation process during the May-August 2020 semester, despite having an adverse scenario, was satisfactory and can be improved from the wealth of methods and tools that virtual learning environments offer us.en-US
dc.descriptionLa pandemia del COVID ha afectado todos los niveles educativos y por consiguiente a los componentes del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. Una de las categorías de este proceso, la evaluación, se ha ajustado a contextos online que, si bien han ofrecido resistencia por profesores y estudiantes al cambio, se ha visto limitado por factores de conectividad, desconocimiento de herramientas y recursos disponibles para llevar a cabo evaluaciones de varios tipos. Esta investigación describirá las opiniones de los estudiantes del primer y segundo nivel de la Universidad UNIANDES en Ecuador, de la Carrera de Derecho con relación a la evaluación llevada a cabo en las asignaturas del Bloque de Investigación. Se utilizó un enfoque cualitativo y la técnica de la encuesta a partir de la escala de Likert para conocer criterios sobre los aspectos más sobresalientes de la evaluación. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que el proceso evaluativo durante el semestre mayo-agosto 2020, a pesar de tener un escenario adverso, fue satisfactorio y puede mejorarse a partir de la riqueza de métodos y herramientas que nos brinda los entornos virtuales de aprendizajes.es-ES
