| dc.description | This paper is related to a very important topic: The professional pedagogical orientation (PPO) which is considered a prioritized carrier. It contributes to a judgement about the historic_ cultural approach as a basic for the conception and practice of the PPO that emerges from the analysis of the human develop and the professional motivation in particular and the main postulates that are assumed. It present several definitions about the PPO offered by cuban investigators as mall as the different stages of process grass throng. | dc.description | El trabajo que se presenta está relacionado con una temática de gran pertinencia en los momentos actuales: la orientación hacia la profesión pedagógica considerada una carrera prioritaria. Aporta una valoración sobre el enfoque histórico-cultural como fundamento para la concepción y praxis de la orientación profesional pedagógica (OPP) que parte del análisis de teorías y corrientes acerca del desarrollo humano y de la motivación profesional en particular y de los principales postulados del enfoque que se asume. Presenta varias definiciones de OPP ofrecidas por estudiosos cubanos sobre el tema, los principios sobre los cuales se sustenta la labor de orientación así como las etapas por las que atraviesa dicho proceso que reflejan el sustento teórico que le sirve de base y que ocupa a la autora del trabajo. Se aborda el enfoque histórico cultural como teoría del desarrollo humano que constituye un fundamento científico esencial para la concepción de la OPP. | es-ES |
