dc.descriptionThe current transformations in the professional development of tutors, for the scientific activity in the Technical and Vocational Education (TVE), by considering the new social demands, economic and technological. dc.descriptionLas transformaciones que sustentan la necesidad del cambio en la superación profesional de los tutores para el desarrollo de la actividad científica en la Educación Técnica y Profesional (ETP), en la época actual parten de considerar las nuevas demandas sociales, económicas y tecnológicas. El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en proponer vías de solución para transformar la superación profesional de los tutores de la ETP e integrar de manera coherente y sistémica los procesos sustantivos de la Educación Superior. El resultado que se ofrece forma parte del proyecto de investigación El centro de referencia como laboratorio científico educacional de la escuela politécnica, desarrollado en la UCP Félix Varela de Villa Clara.es-ES
