dc.descriptionThe training of the students specialty skilled worker and technicians is determined primarily by the quality that addresses the teaching-learning process (EAP) in Technical and Vocational Education (TVE), this process is becoming increasingly complex as it involves constantly assimilating new technologies and developments to be up to the technological and social development. This article aims to analyze the peculiarities that are becoming a component of the EAP in the ETP, where the bonding process of technical and vocational education with the productive reality of companies is their hallmark.en-US
dc.descriptionLa formación profesional de los estudiantes de especialidades de obrero calificado y técnico medio está determinada, fundamentalmente, por la calidad con que se dirija el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje (PEA); en la Educación Técnica y Profesional (ETP), este proceso se hace cada vez más complejo pues implica asimilar constantemente las nuevas tecnologías y adelantos para estar a la altura del desarrollo tecnológico y social. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar las particularidades que adquieren cada uno de los componentes del PEA en la ETP, donde la vinculación del proceso de formación técnica y profesional con la realidad productiva de las empresas constituye su rasgo distintivo.es-ES
