dc.descriptionThe Master of Science in Education has made it possible for teachers to raise their standards of scientific and professional skills development, from the implementation of research that seeks solutions to problems of educational practice. Specifically, the Statement of Special Educational displays obvious changes in teacher performance and the functioning of schools. This article focuses on the proposal of a professional development strategy that integrates coordinated actions carried out by the multiplicity of factors involved in this process (Academic Committee of the subsidiaries teaching assistant, School of Early Childhood Education, Department of Education Special, Provincial office of education) to promote the organization of the Master of Science in Education. en-US
dc.descriptionLa Maestría en Ciencias de la Educación ha dado la posibilidad a los maestros de elevar su nivel de preparación científica y el desarrollo de habilidades profesionales, a partir de la ejecución de una investigación que busca soluciones a problemas de su práctica educativa. Específicamente la Mención de Educación Especial muestra transformaciones evidentes en el desempeño de los maestros, así como en el funcionamiento de las instituciones escolares. El presente artículo centra su atención en la propuesta de una estrategia de superación profesional que integra de manera coordinada las acciones desarrolladas por la multiplicidad de factores participantes en este proceso (Comité Académico, subdirectores de las filiales pedagógicas, facultad de Educación Infantil, Departamento de Educación Especial, Dirección Provincial de Educación), para favorecer la organización de la Maestría en Ciencias de la Educación.es-ES
