dc.descriptionBecause the professional training of managers of microuniversities has a role in the achievement of an organization to comply with the new incumbent functions as an institution of higher education, provides an alternative methodological work to help professional training of these to the development of extension activities in the micro universities, through methodology workshops as a way for skills development. In this direction have taken steps that have contributed to it, especially on matters related to the academic component, labor and research, however, those related to the role of University Extension as an important factor in achieving a general culture of the student teacher, their progress has been poor. en-US
dc.descriptionDebido a que la preparación profesional de los directivos de las Microuniversidades tiene un papel en el logro de una organización para el cumplimiento de las nuevas funciones que le competen como institución de la Educación Superior, se ofrece una alternativa de trabajo metodológico para contribuir a la preparación profesional de estos para el desarrollo de la actividad extensionista en la Microuniversidad, a través de talleres metodológicos como forma para un desarrollo de competencias profesionales. En esta dirección se han dado pasos que han contribuido a este objetivo, sobre todo en elementos relacionados con el componente académico, laboral e investigativo, sin embargo, en los relacionados con el papel de la Extensión Universitaria, como factor importante en el logro de una cultura general integral del maestro en formación, sus avances han sido pobres.es-ES
