dc.descriptionFrom the changes that led to the Master of Science in Education in expanded access in the guardian's work, we evaluated the transformation of the professional development of tutors in the academic process through the methodology of participatory action research transited three research cycles, this paper gives the results obtained, particularly in the microuniverses Martin Torres Ruiz. The research presented is part of the branch associated with the program as the focal point of scientific laboratory polytechnic education, that developed in the UCP Felix Varela de Villa Clara.en-US
dc.descriptionA partir de los cambios que generó la Maestría en Ciencias de la Educación de amplio acceso en la labor del tutor, se evaluó la transformación de la superación profesional de los tutores en el proceso de formación académica mediante la metodología de la investigación acción participativa que transitó por tres ciclos investigativos, en este trabajo se ofrecen los resultados obtenidos, particularmente en la microuniversidad Martín Torres Ruiz. La investigación que se presenta forma parte del proyecto asociado al programa ramal El centro de referencia como laboratorio científico educacional de la escuela politécnica que se desarrolló en la UCP Félix Varela de Villa Clara.es-ES
