dc.descriptionEl presente artículo aborda las tendencias que en los últimos años caracterizan el funcionamiento de la labor preventiva y la atención educativa integral, a partir de ellas se fundamenta la necesaria elevación de la calidad del aprendizaje en la etapa escolar de aquellos niños y niñas que desde la edad temprana y preescolar manifiestan necesidades educativas especiales, se prioriza en este análisis los sustentos neurofisiológicos del desarrollo de los niños, las acciones de estimulación, el papel de la familia y el carácter intersectorial de la labor a desplegar por los diferentes agentes educativos.es-ES
