dc.descriptionThe educational quality that an educational institution offers is held, above all, in the competitions than through its functioning exhibit the leaders and teachers that represent her. The institutional resulting effectiveness is translated in the new value that is generated with the process of preparation and overcoming, for the sake of obeying the expectations of society. In this article, the author proposes a theoretic methodological conception that can work integrated to the system of work and it can be utilized to direct (planning, organizing, executing and controlling) the process of preparation of the educational leaders and for the sake of achieving a bigger efficiency and efficacy in the educational direction.en-US
dc.descriptionLa calidad educacional que ofrece una institución educativa se sustenta, ante todo, en las competencias que a través de su funcionamiento exhiban los cuadros y docentes que la representan. La efectividad institucional resultante se traduce en el nuevo valor que se genera con el proceso de preparación y superación, con el objetivo de cumplir las expectativas de la sociedad en su conjunto. En este artículo, el autor propone una concepción teórico–metodológica que puede funcionar integrada al sistema de trabajo y puede ser utilizada para dirigir (planificar, organizar, ejecutar y controlar) el proceso de preparación y superación de los cuadros educacionales y sus reservas en aras de lograr una mayor eficiencia y eficacia en la dirección educacional.es-ES
