dc.descriptionThe article approaches the problematic one related to the limited preparation of educational of the third degree of the Primary Education for the treatment of the units of time in the education-learning process, emphasizing between its causes insufficiencies that present in the dominion of the content, the methodology and the level of motivation. Proposal that appears has like intention validation of strategy methodological for preparation of educational in treatment of units of time, which allows deepening in the contents that must dominate, in the procedures to use and to elevate the motivation based on perfecting the education-learning process. The application of the preexperiment demonstrated the effectiveness of the strategy in the preparation of educational when obtaining the transformations that were expected actually pedagogical.en-US
dc.descriptionEl artículo aborda la problemática relacionada con la limitada preparación de los docentes de tercer grado de la Educación Primaria para el tratamiento de las unidades de tiempo en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, destacando entre sus causas las insuficiencias que presentan en el dominio del contenido, en la metodología y en el nivel de motivación. La propuesta que se presenta tiene como propósito la validación de una estrategia metodológica para la preparación de los docentes en el tratamiento de las unidades de tiempo, que permite profundizar en los contenidos que deben dominar, en los procedimientos a utilizar y elevar la motivación en función de perfeccionar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. La aplicación del pre-experimento demostró la efectividad de la estrategia en la preparación de los docentes al lograr las transformaciones que se esperaban en la práctica pedagógica.es-ES
