| dc.description | The objective of this article is to apply a program of preparation of transformational leadership to the professional of education leaders, specially in higher educational level. The program has been structured in four key areas and is based on professional experience and social relevance. It has been designed in an instructive and enjoyable way, which contributes to an efficient performance in decision-making. It deals with the new challenges that faces new generations, it also develop creativity, active participation and constructive processes. This study also presents the qualitative results obtained in its implementation in the practicum. | en-US |
| dc.description | El objetivo general del trabajo es aplicar un programa de preparación de la reserva juvenil en liderazgo transformacional desde la práctica laboral en la formación y desarrollo de los profesionales de la educación, ajustado a los procesos de cambio a fin de poder afrontar los retos actuales y perspectivos en la integración al Ministerio de Educación Superior. El programa se ha estructurado en cuatro áreas claves y está sustentado en la experiencia profesional y la pertinencia social, de manera instructiva y amena, que contribuya a un desempeño eficiente en la toma de decisiones al asumir los nuevos desafíos que enfrentan las nuevas generaciones, así como a desarrollar la creatividad, la participación activa, los procesos constructivos y la reproducción del entorno. En el trabajo asimismo se presentan los resultados cualitativos obtenidos en su implementación en la práctica laboral. | es-ES |
