| dc.description.abstract | Um projeto de loteamento consiste na divisão de uma gleba em lotes para edificação. Devendo demonstrar viabilidade técnica, adequação à legislação e atingir altos padrões de durabilidade, funcionalidade e estética. É apresentado um anteprojeto de parcelamento do solo por loteamento em uma gleba localizada na cidade de Tangará da Serra, Mato Grosso. A elaboração do anteprojeto se inicia na contextualização da cidade e da gleba em relação à cidade, passando por uma revisão da legislação vigente de onde são extraídas demandas e restrições ao anteprojeto. Por final, são apresentados os critérios, as diretrizes tomadas para aperfeiçoar o resultado a ser obtido com o anteprojeto, assim como dados do mesmo, seus desenhos e seu memorial descritivo. A subdivision project consists on the division of an area of land into plots for edification. It must demonstrate financial viability, adequacy to the legislation and reach high standards in durability, utility and in beauty. A project is presented which consists of the land parcelling of na area of land through subdivision in the city of Tangará da Serra, Mato Grosso. The elaboration of the Project starts with the contextualization of the city and of the respective area of land within the city, going through a revision of the legislation currently in place, from which are extracted demands and restrictions concerning the Project. By the end, are presented the criteria and the guidelines taken to perfect the result to be obtained with the project, as well as data regarding the project, its drawings and its descriptive memorial. | |
