| dc.description | Durante mi periodo universitario los arquitectos de la facultad infundieron en mi formación la pasión por la arquitectura y su entorno, el compromiso por el trabajo, el respeto a los usuarios y la responsabilidad de la profesión, dedicándome arduamente al estudio del dibujo como herramienta de expresión, del programa arquitectónico y la zonificación como medio de análisis, de la importancia del sitio, el recorrido solar y el ciclo de vientos para poder plantear proyectos de calidad y concepto.
Al egresar de la facultad y con el grado de bachiller participe conjuntamente con arquitectos e Ingenieros en el cargo de Jefe de Proyectos, desarrollando y supervisando las obras de diversos proyectos en varias regiones del Perú, las actividades que tenía a cargo fueron las de: estudiar y aplicar la normativa del reglamento nacional de edificaciones, los parámetros y el sitio, plantear y coordinar el concepto general del proyecto, definir y desarrollar con el equipo la arquitectura final, coordinar con todas las especialidades el bueno término del proyecto compatibilizando los planos y solucionando las contingencias.
Este informe contiene los proyectos más significativos relativos a mi trabajo, porque participe en ellos desde su etapa conceptual, visitando cada uno de los terrenos, notando y evaluando sus características únicas, realizando bocetos y estudios teniendo en cuenta factores fundamentales como la orientación (norte) el clima, la topografía, etc. Durante el desarrollo de cada proyecto estuve a cargo de la coordinación de los planes y especificaciones, supervisando el progreso de la construcción en el cumplimiento diligente de las especificaciones técnicas, lo que dio como resultado edificios que cumplen con los más altos estándares de arquitectura e integridad estructural. | |
| dc.description | During my university studies, my professors instilled in me a passion for architecture in all its spheres, a commitment to the work, a re¿pect for our clients, and a responsibility to professionalism. I have ardently dedicated myself to the study of drawing as a tool of expression, following the architectural program with attention to the distribution of spaces, and the importance of site and context and the impact of sun and wind cycles. These elements are critica! to the design of well-conceived projects.
Upon leaving the university with my bachelor's degree, 1 worked together with architects and engineers
as a Project director, developing and supervising the work of various projects in different regions of Peru.
My duties included: research and application of the the national building codes, evaluation of the urban
and environmental exigencies, conceptual design, leadership of the team in executing final architectural
plans, and coordination of all of the specialized tasks, resolving contingencies to achieve a successful
project conclusion.
This report contains the most significant projects in which I particpated. In all of these, I took part at the
beginning in the conceptualization stage, visiting each site, noting and evaluating their individual
characteristics. I provided sketches and studies taking into account factors such as compass orientation,
topograhy, and climate. During the development of each project, I was in charge of the coordination of
plans and specifications. I also supervised construction progress in each project to assure strict
compliance with the technical specifications, to permit the completion of buildings which exemplified the highest standards of architectural quality and structural integrity. | |
