dc.descriptionIn the present work a doctrinal and juridical study of the figure of the electronic document and its visibility inthe Cuban environment is carried out. Technical assessments are made on the relevance of the electronic document asa guarantee or challenge in the current Cuban context. The basics of the digital signature are analyzed in the electronicdocument. Cryptography is addressed as guarantor of the legal security of the notarial electronic document; As well asthe performance of the notary before the new challenges of computer science.en-US
dc.descriptionEn el presente trabajo se realiza un estudio doctrinal y jurídico de la figura del documento electrónico y suvisibilidad en el entorno cubano. Se realizan valoraciones técnicas sobre la pertinencia del documento electrónico como una garantía o un reto en el contexto cubano actual. Se analizan los fundamentos de la firma digital en el documento electrónico. Se aborda la criptografía como garante de la seguridad jurídica del documento electrónico notarial, así como la actuación del notario ante los nuevos retos de la informática.es-ES
