dc.descriptionThe following paper deals with the analysis that is made to the energy-generating company Isagen S. E.S. P, with regard to institutional theory and the principal authors, who explain how an organization can be understood as a social entity and how it interacts with other institutions, to carry out commercial transactions with each other. On the other hand, the theory of internationalization of companies also plays an important role in the process as they influence several factors that allow to better understand this event and finally performs a vertical analysis that allows to visualize the importance of some accounts on the balance sheet, and what effect do they have on the economic situation of the company during the period 2011-2016.en-US
dc.descriptionEl siguiente documento trata sobre el análisis que se realiza a la empresa generadora de energía Isagen S.A E.S.P, con respecto a la teoría institucional y los principales autores, quienes explican como una organización se puede entender como un ente social y cómo interactúa con otras instituciones para realizar transacciones comerciales entre si. Por otro lado, la teoría de internacionalización de las empresas también juega un papel importante dentro del proceso, ya que influyen varios factores que permiten comprender mejor este evento y, por último, se realiza un análisis vertical que permite visualizar la importancia que tienen algunas cuentas sobre el balance general y qué efecto establecen sobre la situación económica de la empresa durante el periodo 2011-2016.es-ES
