dc.descriptionThis paper aims to outline, how from the different notions of the concept of culture, have been demarcating the symbolic and ritual meanings around this practice, and whose interpretation, have originated the new dietary structures, hand in hand with the schemes of contemporary food. For this purpose, some concepts from Malinowski (1931), Bourdieu (2000), Fischler (1995), Geertz (1997), among others, are taken up, from which, feeding could be understood as part of a complex tissue of production, distribution and adaptation of norms of behaviors that signify culinary traditions, taste and flavors.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente escrito pretende esbozar cómo desde las diferentes nociones del concepto cultura se han venido demarcando las significaciones simbólicas y rituales en torno a dicha práctica, y de cuya interpretación se han originado las nuevas estructuras dietarias, de la mano con los esquemas de alimentación contemporánea. Para tal fin, se retoman algunos conceptos dispuestos por Malinowski (1931), Bourdieu (2000), Fischler (1995) y Geertz (1997), entre otros, a partir de los cuales se podría comprender la alimentación como parte de un tejido complejo de producción, distribución y adaptación de normas de comportamiento que signan las tradiciones culinarias, el gusto y los sabores.es-ES
