| dc.description | The debate on social responsibility of the Social Communicator is on the agenda in a world that is conceived as the society of information and knowledge. However, the reading and cooptation that the mass media have made of this situation, tend to hide the countless logics that continue to determine the processes of social construction, place (topos) in which the attention on communication processes it acquires greater importance than the means, not meaning by this that they do not matter, but that reductionism is not chosen. In this sense, the construction of society that concerns human groups implies the permanent management of conflicts of all kinds, processes mediated by communication, for which the controversy over the public and its scheduling acquires centrality. | en-US |
| dc.description | El debate sobre la responsabilidad social del Comunicador Social está al orden del día en un mundo que se concibe como la sociedad de la información y del conocimiento. Sin embargo, la lectura y la cooptación que los medios masivos de comunicación han realizado de esta situación, tienden a ocultar el sinnúmero de lógicas que siguen determinando los procesos de construcción social, lugar (topos) en el cual la atención sobre los procesos de comunicación adquiere mayor importancia que los medios, no queriendo decir con esto que no tengan importancia, sino que no se opta por dicho reduccionismo. En ese sentido, la construcción de sociedad que atañe a los grupos humanos implica la gestión permanente de conflictos de toda índole, procesos mediados por la comunicación, para lo cual la controversia sobre lo público y su agendamiento adquiere centralidad. | es-ES |
