dc.description.abstractThis study presents the procedures used to perform an integration between a robot and a welding machine for the purpose of coating a substrate. Brings an approach about the types of welding and its fundamentals, as well as does with robotics. Presents aspects of the equipment used for the job as well as a brief description of them. The integration aims to allow the change of the welding parameters on at least two points of the coating cycle performed by the robot, enabling tests with different metal alloys in different substrates with different welding parameters. The integration aims to be simple and versatile, providing ease in understanding the parameters needed to perform the soldier coatings by the robot. Results will be presented through the program developed for the robot, commented, and images of coatings performed the work completed.
