The hydrosanitary installations in buildings are the main causes of manifestations of pathologies in buildings, which are associated with hydraulic networks. The present work aims to identify the pathologies in the hydrosanitary systems of buildings in single- family buildings of a construction company in the interior of the state of São Paulo. Data were obtained from a survey in the construction company's database and the collection of post-occupancy information via an online questionnaire to check users' comfort and perception of pathologies. In the database, 135 records of problems in hydrosanitary installations were observed, in which 46.6% are consequences of executive failures, 40.7% of project failures, 7.4% in components and 5.2% with post- occupancy use. Of the pathologies found, 42.2% are in cold and hot water systems, 33.3% in sanitary sewage systems and 24.4% in rainwater drainage systems. The most frequent failure for cold and hot water building installations is leakage, with 18 occurrences. For sanitary sewage systems, the design shortage with 15 occurrences. The rainwater drainage system, in turn, has as its most recurrent pathology the lack of design, incompatibility and incorrect dimensioning of the system's pipes, with 5 occurrences for each type of failure. The users' comfort and satisfaction level were measured by the questionnaire with scores, from zero to ten. According to the ratings given by users, the level of satisfaction and comfort is positive, with averages of 9.8 for satisfaction and 9.9 for comfort. It can also be verified a low level of perception of users regarding pathologies in their homes, in which the lack of knowledge on the subject is considered.
