Abstract

Currently, due to the great technological advance that the world experiences, it is of great perception the use of the technology Voice over IP for communication between people. Even with the high cost of traditional telephony, the segment of small and medium-sized companies make high investments to be able to communicate with customers and suppliers, in addition to internal communication. However, Voice over IP technology is causing a restructuring of the entire telecommunications market, where a number of solutions using Voice over IP technology are emerging at the moment, not only for the purpose of reducing costs, but also for improve communication with reduced costs. The purpose of this work is to implement a low-cost Voip technology, from end to end (Operator and Branch), replacing traditional methods of communication.
