Análise da exposição ocupacional a elevadas temperaturas na manutenção de fornos de clinquer

Abstract

The companies that have ovens in their manufacturing parks have great difficulty when it is necessary to stop them for maintenance, due to the high temperatures that they have inside them. This monograph aims to analyze the implementation of a cooling system for furnaces, analyzing the heat before and after the implantation of this system. For that, measurements were taken before and after the implantation of this system. The results showed that the values of heat decreased significantly with the implementation of the refrigeration system. It is concluded that with this implanted system, due to the decay of the temperature more quickly, the less time will be necessary for the maintenance of the furnace and therefore, the longer it can be active producing clinker, which generates a great financial gain for the company.
