Relação entre segurança do trabalho e produtividade: uma revisão sistemática

Abstract

This article intends to address theoretical aspects, through a systematic review by the recognized Methodi Ordinatio and more articles important to the theme, that guide and prove the relationship between work safety and productivity within organizations. The researches were done within five international and Brazilian databases, so that there was authentication of the topic addressed. It is verified that the literature was somewhat limited, since there were 21 articles totally within the theme, cited in the course of the research. The connection is pointed out within the theoretical basis and results. Within the systemic review, 10 very structured articles of the last 10 years were selected.
