The simulation seeks to import the reality to a computational model, where it is possible to study it behavior, under several conditions, without involving physical risks and/or high costs. Thus, the system simulation becomes a useful and powerful technique to improve the productivity of the systems, optimizing processes. This study aimed to implement a computational model to simulate the operational dynamics painting process of an Agricultural Implements industry. The stochastic, discrete and dynamics model was implemented in the Arena® simulation software. As a comparison parameter among the data obtained from the system and generated by the model, the NPP variable (Number of Pieces Painted during a work shift) was chosen. The simulation results showed that, at the painting sector, the use of two more employees is more advantageous in relation to the employee current number, as well by the number painted pieces point of view as of the utilization of employees in the workstations.
