dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this monograph is to show the importance of interpersonal relationships in the workplace. The interpersonal relationship is today one criterion of great importance within organizations, it is through the good relationship among people is that you can get more quality work done. Given this, it is necessary to evaluate the influence of interpersonal relationships in the development of the tasks and the quality of work, since the organization is seeking to avoid conflicts among its employees, seeking quality product and a pleasant working environment. Methodologically, a qualitative research was conducted through a closed questionnaire. Through research it was possible to analyze the forms of relationships within the organization and also the forms of work that influence the quality. As a result, we found that employees are concerned about maintaining a pleasant working atmosphere among colleagues, showing their commitment to quality work in the company.
