dc.description.abstract | The study of motor noise in the industry is widely practiced due to the increased attention paid to operators' health and workability, as well as the impact on the motor performance. The most efective way to control noise is to start during the motor design by predicting sources of noise and soften them even before the equipment is manufactured. There are stringent standards that regulate sound levels allowed in various motor power settings and ranges, so it is possible to conduct measurement tests and ascertain that the motor is within acceptable noise limits. | |
