dc.description.abstract | This present work of completion presents the development of project and product. This is an electromechanical device that has the function of lifting persons with reduced mobility between a gap, through a platform with pantograph system driven by ball screw. The design of the platform consists of its differential drive and functioning. Representing this work the theoretical knowledge acquired during the course so that the design and sizing of the mechanical part of a roll cage and lifting platform, both with pantograph system is realized. The project is based on national standards that establish criteria for the construction and installation requirements for the installation site are also prevalent factors in producing this equipment. The work includes literature review, technical design aspects, studies of materials and methods, the process of product development, among others. The study aims to show a solution to this problem lifting, provide a design and generous dimensions, and show that it is possible to tailor the design methodologies from the initial stage to completion. | |
