dc.description.abstractWith the changes promoted in the world of labor by the adoption of flexible production, new precalyses and a new engagement of living work in capitalista production were estabilished. In this contexto, due to youths and lack of proficiencty, allies with difficultes to find work and keeping it. The teenagers and brazilian work youths it’s been left, often, only the temporary entry into e labor market in the condition of apprenties. Seeking to deepen and closer characterise this new condition in na interdiciplinary approach, it seeks to understad the extent to the completion of the technical-profissional learning corse and insertion in the labor market as an apprentice contribue after the end of learning contract with the development professional youths work. From this delimitation, a qualitative research, of an explanatory character, was developed, applying for the purpose of experimental data, methodological strategies that involve bibliographic research,documental and fiel research, with the application of questionnaries and realizaton of semi-structured interviws. The research universe was constitued by teenagers and youths residing in the municipality and were insterted in the labor Market as apprentices. The theme research, becuse it involves aspects of social character politic, economic, cultural and ethical, sought to respect the history, the conjucture moment, the conflicts and the contradictions in which the object of investigation has entered. It was found that the learning law, which regulates a teaching process for the work has not ensured in the inclusions definitive in Brazilian youth in the productive market. Among inclusions and exclusions and in a assistentialist way, he beckons the young man to work in functions subordinated and periphed.
