Avaliação do impacto de pequenas centrais hidrelétricas nas perdas de potência em redes de média tensão

Abstract

Despite electrical losses not be a technical factor, that may limit the power transfer capability in a circuit, it present itself as an important economic element. Possible to be calculated using estimative methods based on some network parameters, usually calculated by network segment. In addition to this, is possible to calculate it by requiring more power flow data and presenting more satisfactory results. Going in this direction, this article presents an evaluation of electrical losses impact due the insertion of Small Hydro Power Plants in medium-voltage network. For this study case it used a system of 33 bars, and from this, the simulations were carried using the power flow. In the tests were defined three levels of charging for the base case, with these shipments, were also defined three attachment levels of distributed generation. Furthermore, the losses were analysed considering a load curve together with the distributed generators. Hereby, is possible to analyse it’s effects through some typical losses distribution index and present the economic value of it.
