dc.description.abstractBrazilian companies seek maturity in their processes, with the goal of achieving quality standards and productivity with excellence. The 5W2H method consists in several actions directed to present problems in any service or process, allowing the identification of the more important routines, detecting their problems and pointing solutions. This term paper discourses about a case study that suggests improvements on the stockroom sector of a chicken frigorific,it will be presented suggestions for the purpose of structuring a company, so, it will get improvements on the flow of the materials order process, with a better performance to be executed within the sector. For a complete understanding of the process, it was performed flowcharts about the order process, with the purpose of presenting an easy view and identification of the problems. As a technical/methodological procedure, it was used the 5w2h tool as an action plan to propound improvements to the sector, suggesting solutions to the found problems.
