Software systems develop under them pillars of the software engineering, however are pressured by the short term of the organizations and other factors creating a scenario where the produced systems meet the requirements, but the source-code becomes confused, inflexible, of difficult maintenance and evolution. This work presents and conceptualizes some of consequences and involved areas in this scene. It presents, of trimmed form and through a case study, the use of techniques of refactoring a llied with creational design patterns in a simple application. Applies some metric for the occurred changes and points the value of this solution as reply to the mentioned scenario.
