dc.description.abstractThe Distance learning involves interactions with virtual learning environments, so there are concerns about aspects of the interface, the user expectations and context of use of these environments. This study presents the evaluation of interface and user satisfaction of Moodle in a university. In addition to the evaluation process are discussed changes made with the results obtained. Activities were defined based on the principles and concepts of interaction design to guide the evaluation process and consequently the process of redesign of the environment including the steps: identify needs and establish requirements, develop alternative designs, building interactive versions, do assessment.
