Abstract

This work was themed as a Case Study, Environmental Licensing Urban Condo in the City of Concordia - SC. Aimed to analyze the effective implementation of the Environmental Permitting the implementation of a condo, conducting a survey of the main environmental impacts arising from the influence of the activity. was adopted methods of analysis and impact assessment, based on the knowledge of potentially generating activities of environmental changes related to the processes of planning, implementation and operation of the project. Such assessment procedures allowed the identification of actions and their environmental impacts in the different media types, and subsequently the possible mitigating and compensatory measures was discussed.
