Inventário e PMOC: plano de manutenção operação e controle: nos condicionadores de ar do Câmpus Medianeira da Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná

Abstract

This Labour of Conclusion of Course (LCC) was performed to develop a plan for maintenance to the air conditioners throughout the area of UTFPR Medianeira, through the lifting of the air conditioners of the university has been developed the maintenance plan. Thus proposing the appropriate maintenance of the whole system of the conditioners at the University, and also suggesting the appropriateness to the current legislation especially the decree 3.523/98 of August 28, 1998 ANVISA, which established the PMOC, thus targeting an improvement in the air quality at the interior the ambients climatized of the unit, as well as reduce the probability of breakage in the all system of air conditioners on the case of preventive maintenance.
