dc.description.abstract | The objective of this work is to perform an analysis of the working environment of a supermarket located in a city in the interior of the State of São Paulo, drawing a risk map, highlighting the interventions necessary to provide an environment Work. The methodology used was that of reality observation, whose analysis of the identified events was considered quantitatively and described in the form of a monographic work. In relation to Supermarket Avenue de Itaporanga, all physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic and mechanical hazards were identified, with emphasis on the deposit sector in which all of these were present at medium and high levels, especially Refers to ergonomic and mechanical hazards. From this perspective, it was understood that the risk map is of fundamental importance in determining dynamics that aim to mitigate or eliminate the environmental risks present in an environment of work, ensuring the preservation of the health and physical-mental integrity of workers. In view of the data collected and the risks identified, intervention possibilities were suggested in order to promote a safe and healthy working environment for the employees of the company, consequently a more productive environment. | |
