Avaliação pós-ocupação (APO) de habitação de interesse social voltado ao conforto ambiental

Abstract

This research presents an experimental approach of Housing of Social Interest (HSI) focusing on the issue of environmental comfort. Environmental aspects that characterize the comfort of the people who lived in the studied dwellings were checked regarding the thermal comfort, natural ventilation, acoustics and illumination in the social and private areas (living / dining rooms, kitchens and dormitories). The methodology used for data collection was the Post-Occupancy Assessment (POA), level 1, evaluating the satisfaction of the users of the buildings regarding its focus. Within the applied methodology, instruments such as: walkthroughs, interviews, questionnaires, in loco measurements and the matrix of discoveries and recommendations were highlighted, with the aim of approaching the positive and negative points highlighted during the research, ending with a graphic synthesis. Throughout the data collection stage, the researcher kept in touch with residents of the housing complex, professionals from the construction company who carried out the work and with the analyzed environments, thus contributing to a deeper and more reflective view of the environmental comforts analyzed, since, respecting the level of the research, it was possible to point out recommendations so that design and / or execution failures are addressed and not reproduced in similar future projects.
