dc.description.abstractWhat makes a person strive to finish a deadline? Maybe the reward she'll win or any other reason. But no matter what, the main factor is hidden: the motivation. To perform an activity more effective the motivation will have to be present because it is the reason to perform an action. The theme to analyze the cause of the low efficiency of the employees. Developed a survey to observe the motivating factors and also those factors that discourage them. Just as was done a research on how to fix what's wrong with this motivational area and know how to motivate employees.
