dc.description.abstractEntrepreneurial education has been shown to be a trend in organizations and institutions, both educational as well as business and government agencies. As the role of codified knowledge in innovation has increased in importance, universities start to play a different role in the context of entrepreneurship. The general objective of this work was to elaborate a metric for the diagnosis of the entrepreneurial profile of a university comprising entrepreneurship indicators, using as a basis, national and international assessment and classification instruments. Six guidelines were defined to compose the metric for the elaboration of a diagnosis of the entrepreneurial profile of a university. As a result, an evaluation instrument was developed that allows qualitative analysis based on a matrix that correlates the six guidelines Teaching, Research, Innovation, Administrative Structure, Internationalization and Social Insertion guidelines through its indicators based on dimensions covering culture and entrepreneurial behavior of a Higher Education Institution.
